Payment - Payment for all items may be made via check, money order, PayPal (paypal@clubmr2.com) or Credit Card.

Special rules applying to PayPal transactions: If, for some reason, improper funds are sent via PayPal to Club MR2, they will be refunded less any charges levied by PayPal. Be sure you know what you are choosing before you click on a payment button. Effective 5/5/02, PayPal payment will not be accepted from users who are not Verified . Users with an Unconfirmed Address will be permitted to purchase items costing less than $50, but said purchases are subject to a 5 day holding period prior to shipping. All items purchased through PayPal are subject to a $2 handling fee to cover the cost and effort of adding delivery confirmation to shipments (does not apply to larger items shipped via FedEx Ground, as that service already has confirmation built into the shipping price). This fee will be reflected in the price when clicking on the shopping cart link on any of our pages. We realize this may inconvenience some of our customers, but these steps are required to protect Club MR2 in the event of a fraudulent transaction via PayPal. Mail orders and orders made using our secure order page are unaffected by this policy.

Returns - Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and afforded a full refund, less shipping costs, provided a) the item has not been installed and b) the item arrives in the condition that it was shipped. Items damaged or lost in shipment will be replaced upon completion of appropriate measures with our shipping contractor. Any item found to be defective must be returned for inspection, at which point a replacement will be shipped out. We are happy to inspect items believed to be defective if you return them. If they are found to be defective, a replacement will be shipped. If not, return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Shipping - Shipping fees are included in the prices of most items sold through twosrus. International orders will have additional fees assessed to cover extra shipping and handling. If you do not email us for a quote prior to ordering for international delivery, we will hold your funds until such time as additional funds are posted. Our primary shipping source is the US Post Office. Larger items are shipped via FedEx Ground. If you desire alternate shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. Items shipped via the U.S. Post Office are mailed out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, provided the post office is open for business. Items shipped via FedEx are shipped the day after they are received from our supplier. Items lost in shipping are not the responsibility of Club MR2. If you desire insurance, please add that to your shopping cart by selecting the appropriate link.

Re-stocking fees - Items produced by Club MR2 are not subject to restocking fees if they are returned within the 30 day return window. After the first 30 days, restocking fees may be assessed at the discretion of Club MR2. Should an item be returned that was procured from an outside vendor, any fees required by that vendor must be paid by the returning customer. We don't like these fees either and try to avoid them all costs.

Support - If, at any time, there are questions about a product, how to install the product, or possible problems with the product, PLEASE contact us. We will make every effort to resolve any problem in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

Courtesy - We try to extend the utmost courtesy to our customers. We ask the same of you. Please make every effort to resolve problems with us before raking us over the coals in a public forum as has become all too commonplace. You will not receive better service by announcing your problem to the world.
