The kit also includes the the Fan Relay Harness (FRH) kit, consisting of a high-quality wiring harness with labeled cables, OE-type thermostat with a Packard Weather Pack connector, detailed installation instructions, Hella 40-Amp relay, fuse holder and all the necessary hardware.

The thermostat is designed to turn the fan on at 185 degrees and off at 165 degrees (185FH) or turn on at 195 degrees and off at 175 degrees (195FH). The thermostat, a 3/8-inch stainless steel pipe thread, can mount in the cylinder head of the engine, radiator neck or anywhere in the engine compartment where an accurate temperature reading can be recorded.
